AGOSTON TAMAS

Agoston Tamas, the Principal of Tamas Immigration, is an Australian Immigration Lawyer (LPN 5511261) and a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Agoston Tamas is a member of the Queensland Law Society, and Migration Institute of Australia.

He is also a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant, CICC Membership Number R507054, and a member of CAPIC-ACCPI, Canada.

Agoston Tamas was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2006. He holds a Master of Laws Degree, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane.

In 2016, Agoston Tamas was conferred a Certificate of Qualification by the National Committee on Accreditation, a standing committee of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

Agoston Tamas has worked with law firms in Queensland and Victoria, including in the areas of Immigration Law, Trade Marks, Wills and Estates, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Commercial Litigation.

In the Immigration Law jurisdiction, he has achieved a substantial number of visa grants and successfully represented clients in Immigration and Visa appeals before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Agoston Tamas also completed a Master of Music Degree at Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut, USA.
